White Township Recreation is thrilled to support the growth and development of youth lacrosse within our community at the White Township Rec Center. Our focus is on introducing young players to the exhilarating sport of lacrosse, emphasizing fun, skill-building, and the spirit of teamwork. Regardless of experience level, we provide a welcoming environment for all children to explore the game, learn fundamental techniques, and foster a love for lacrosse.
Intro to Lacrosse
- Tuesdays | July 9th - 30th
- 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- WTRC - Soccer Fields
- Ages 7-17
Experience the one of the fastest growing sports in this introductory, non-contact lacrosse program. Participants will find out if the sport is a fit for them while learning the basics with an emphasis on passing, catching, throwing, cradling, stick skills and rules. Sessions will include skill instruction and fun activities that will reinforce previously learned skills in a safe environment.
Please Note: All classes will be held outdoors, with an option for indoor turf option, if bad weather.
