White Township Recreation is thrilled to support the growth and development of youth lacrosse within our community at the White Township Rec Center. Our focus is on introducing young players to the exhilarating sport of lacrosse, emphasizing fun, skill-building, and the spirit of teamwork. Regardless of experience level, we provide a welcoming environment for all children to explore the game, learn fundamental techniques, and foster a love for lacrosse.
Intro to Lacrosse

Discover One of the Fastest Growing Sports! Join our introductory, non-contact lacrosse program designed for beginners who want to explore this exciting sport. Participants will learn fundamental skills such as passing, catching, throwing, cradling, and stick handling, along with an introduction to the rules of the game. Each session combines skill-building instruction with fun activities that reinforce learning in a safe, supportive environment—perfect for those looking to see if lacrosse is the right fit for them. environment.
Please Note: All classes will be held outdoors, with an option for indoor turf option, if bad weather.

- Lacrosse Sticks will be provided to those that do not have one
- Equipment Recommended:
- Full Caged Helmet (lacrosse-specific or hockey helmet)
